What is an AA Meeting?
A meeting of Alcoholics Anonymous is an assembly where alcoholics and people who struggle with substance abuse gather for one hour to express their experience, strength, and hope. How to get the most out of your first meeting in Washington, Utah
To get the most out of your first meeting you need to walk through the front door with an open mind, and the willingness to change. Make sure to arrive 30 minutes early and stay 30 minutes after because there is always a “before” and “after” for every meeting, where the members of the group gather outside and talk.
